Hmm very interesting.... keep going man....keep posting this kind valuable information....but my question is......isn’t the perfect time to invest for longer run? I know market is very uncertain now days but to invest in the stick make we have to take risk....I think...this the perfect time to take risk to invest our idle money in the stock market.....hopefully condition will get better soon....

The recent movements in the market is nothing more than movement within the trading range that the Dow has established between the resistance level at 8,500 and the support level somewhere at 7,000. The Dow is currently at a short term support level of 7,500, if this holds within the week, then we can expect more uptrend in the coming weeks. This is somewhat what technical analysts call a "bull trap" because it is not yet certain if this trend will continue given the opposite strong primary bear trend.

I agree with your post how news affects investor sentiment. You could not have said it any clearer that emotions are the primary movers of the market. If we dig deeper within this week, the ISM index is set to be released this Wednesday and if it hold its continuing rally since it bottomed last January, then we can expect a small GDP growth soon. The jobs report is going to be interesting as well come Friday this week. I am all with your prayers to hope for good news this week!
